Private Label Bottling
Private label means you sell our oil under your brand. We handle the oil, the bottle, the filling and the pallet; you decide the format, the label and the market. Runs start at one truck and scale to a standing monthly volume.
Custom Labeling:
Send your artwork and we prepare it for the chosen bottle, or our designers build a label from scratch. We check that the mandatory information for your market is present and that the print file matches the bottle geometry before the run starts.
Variety of Packaging:
Formats run from 850 ml household bottles to 10 litre catering packs, in round, square, jar and handle shapes, plus tins and jerry cans for the larger volumes. The full list is below.
Flexibility and Client-Centric Approach:
Oil type, blend ratio, bottle, cap colour, label and pallet pattern are all decided per order. If a format you need is not in the list, tell us the specification and we will say plainly whether we can run it.
Bottle Shapes We Fill
Bottles are ergonomically shaped for shelf handling and for the consumer, in volumes from 850 ml to 10 litres. Larger catering volumes ship in tins, jerry cans and drums.
Loading and Transport
Bottled goods ship in trucks loaded with 32 or 33 pallets, or in 40’ HC containers loaded by boxes. A full truck of bottled product is about 22 metric tonnes.

Net weight is calculated at a density of 0.92 kg per litre. Bottles per carton, cartons per pallet and units per truck or 40’ HC container depend on the bottle and the pallet pattern and are confirmed with your quote.
How We Check Each Lot
Every batch is released against an analytical report from our own laboratory, which tests incoming seed, in-process samples and the finished oil. That report travels with the shipment, so your quality team checks the goods against a document for your lot rather than a claim on a web page.

Bottled Sunflower and Rapeseed Oil for Retail
Refined oil for the consumer shelf has to do three things at once: pour clean, stay clear on a cold warehouse floor and keep its neutral taste to the end of the stated shelf life. Deodorisation and winterisation are what deliver that, and both happen in our own refinery rather than at a third-party filler.
We bottle refined sunflower oil, refined rapeseed oil and sunflower-rapeseed blends. The blend ratio is set per order, because the ratio is usually a price decision as much as a technical one.
Private Label: What We Actually Do
- Format selection — we help pick the bottle that fits your shelf, your price point and your pallet economics.
- Label artwork — we adapt your file to the bottle, or design one.
- Filling and packing — filled, capped, labelled, boxed and palletised to your pattern.
- Documents — the analytical report for your lot travels with the load.
What we do not do is buy finished bottles from someone else and put your label on them. The oil is ours from the field onwards, which is why we can answer questions about it.

The loading window is fixed at contract, which matters when a retail promotion has a fixed start date.
