Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on https://www.saha-oil.com/ and how you can control them.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember things between page loads — that a form was submitted, or that this browser has been here before. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job in a different way, and this page covers them too.

What this site uses

Strictly necessary

Set by WordPress and by Contact Form 7 so that pages load correctly and so that a submitted enquiry can be validated and protected against spam. The site cannot work properly without them, and they are not used to track you.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container> to tell repeat visits from new ones and to report which pages are read. The reports we see are aggregated: we do not use them to identify individual visitors.

Live chat

The Tawk.to widget stores identifiers in your browser so that a chat conversation survives a page reload and so the operator can see whether you have written before.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. This does not set a cookie, but it does send your IP address and browser details to Google in order to deliver the font files.

How to control cookies

  • Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop the contact form from working.
  • Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
  • Browsing in a private window keeps cookies only for that session.

Changes

If we add or remove a tool that sets cookies, we update this page. The date at the top shows the last revision.
