This policy explains what personal data Saha Oil collects through https://www.saha-oil.com/, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can do about it. We are a business-to-business supplier, so almost all of the data we handle is business contact data submitted by people asking for a quote.

For any question about this policy or about the data we hold on you, write to info@saha-oil.com.
What we collect
Data you give us
When you send the contact form or write to us directly, we receive the name, e-mail address and any other details you choose to include, such as company name, phone number, the product and volume you are interested in and the delivery destination.
Data collected automatically
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and browser identification.
- Analytics data collected by Google Analytics 4 about pages viewed and how visitors move through the site.
- Data processed by the Tawk.to live chat widget when it is loaded, including the messages you type into it.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and to negotiate and perform a supply contract. Without a name and a contact address we cannot reply to a quote request.
- To keep the site secure and working. Server logs are needed to diagnose faults and to identify abusive traffic. This is our legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. This is our legitimate interest, and where consent is required for analytics cookies in your country, it is the basis we rely on.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations once we do business together.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that make the website and our correspondence work, and only to the extent they need it:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its e-mail.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 for site statistics and Google Fonts for typefaces. Loading a Google font sends your IP address to Google.
- Tawk.to — the live chat widget, which processes chat messages and technical identifiers.
- Professional advisers, auditors and authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers operate outside Ukraine and outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred abroad, it is done under the safeguards those providers publish for international transfers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the conversation continuing, and are then deleted. Correspondence and documents connected to an actual supply contract are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the retention period set by the provider.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold data about you and give you a copy of it
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete data we no longer have a reason to keep
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interest
- provide it in a portable, machine-readable form
- withdraw consent where consent is the basis we relied on
Write to info@saha-oil.com and we will answer. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the systems that hold enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We update this policy when the site or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
