Deep-Frying Oil Suppliers

Basket of fries lifted from a professional fryer

Kitchens We Supply

We make packaged frying oils for kitchens that fry all day: restaurants, catering, hotel kitchens and central production units. The point of a professional frying oil is not what it costs per litre on day one, but how many hours of service you get before it has to be changed.

Pack Formats

Packs run from 5 to 20 litres in PET bottles, bag-in-box and HDPE jerry cans. Bag-in-box collapses as it empties, which limits contact with air and keeps the last litres in the same condition as the first.

How We Check Each Lot

Every batch is released against an analytical report from our own laboratory, which tests incoming seed, in-process samples and the finished oil. That report travels with the shipment, so your quality team checks the goods against a document for your lot rather than a claim on a web page.

Loading and Transport

We deliver in trucks loaded with 32 or 33 pallets, or in 40’ HC containers loaded by boxes. Terms available are FCA, DAP, DDP, CFR and CIF, shipped from our warehouses in Ukraine.

Why Frying Oil Fails Early

Oil in a fryer degrades along four paths at once: oxidation from air, hydrolysis from moisture in the food, polymerisation that thickens the oil and darkens the fry, and the pick-up of crumbs and batter. A frying oil is designed to slow the first three; the fourth is filtration and housekeeping.

This is why a high-oleic oil lasts longer than a standard one at the same temperature: less of the polyunsaturated fraction that oxidises first. Whether the extra cost is worth it depends on how many hours a day your fryers actually run.

Our Deep-Frying Oil Range

We press and refine every oil below ourselves, so the grade you order in January behaves the same in July. If you are not sure which one fits your fryers, the short answer is at the bottom of this page.

Sunflower Oil for Deep Frying

The general-purpose choice for mixed menus, and the oil most kitchens default to. Neutral taste, high smoke point, predictable behaviour across everything from chips to breaded products. Refining detail is on our refined oil page.

High-Oleic Sunflower Oil for Continuous Frying

The longest fry life in our range. Far less of the polyunsaturated fraction that oxidises first, so the oil holds up through longer service and keeps a cleaner flavour to the end of the day. It costs more per litre and pays that back only if your fryers run long hours — the trade-off is set out on the high-oleic sunflower oil page.

Rapeseed Oil for Deep Frying

A neutral profile at a lower price point than sunflower, which is why it is the common choice where the menu does not specifically call for sunflower. Available crude or refined, bulk or packed — see the rapeseed oil page.

Sunflower-Rapeseed Blends

The ratio is set per order rather than fixed, because for most buyers the blend is a cost decision as much as a technical one. Tell us the price point and the fry life you need and we will propose a ratio.

Soybean Oil for Deep Frying

For kitchens and markets that specify soybean. Pressed and refined in the same plant as the rest of the range, and shipped in the same formats.

Pack Formats for Professional Kitchens

  • PET bottles, 5 l
  • HDPE jerry cans, 10 l and 20 l
  • bag-in-box, for reduced air contact and easier disposal

Private label is available across the range, including format and label artwork.

Buying Deep-Frying Oil Wholesale

Most companies selling frying oil are traders: they buy from third-party crushers, take whatever quality arrives and pass the inconsistency on. We are the manufacturer. The seed comes from our own member farms, the crush and the refinery are ours, and that is why we can say which region a lot came from and why the refining recipe is set for your lot rather than a generic average.

For a wholesale buyer that difference shows up in two places: the oil in the tenth delivery matches the first, and when something needs explaining there is an answer rather than a supplier to blame. Every consignment ships with an analytical report from our own certified laboratory.

Ordering, Volumes and Delivery

Orders start at container level and scale to a standing supply contract. Loading is by truck with 32–33 pallets or 40’ HC container, on FCA, DAP, DDP, CFR or CIF terms, from Ukraine.

Tell us the oil type, the pack format, the monthly volume and the destination. If you are not sure which grade fits your fryers, tell us what you fry and how many hours a day the fryers run, and we will suggest one. Bottled retail formats are on the bottling page and the bulk range on the refined oil page. Write to us through the contact page.
